I'm Edyta

I’m a derivatives lawyer, educator, and entrepreneur, the founder of Derivatives Lab and FIT Legal Ltd, and CEO of DeriviDoc.

With over a decade of hands-on experience negotiating complex trading documentation at Credit Suisse and later on at Man Group, the world’s largest publicly traded hedge fund, I’ve completed thousands of negotiations across ISDAs, GMRAs, prime brokerage agreements, and more.

I built this Masterclass because I remember what it felt like not to have a roadmap. No one showed me how the industry actually works from the inside - the stakeholder dynamics, the approval processes, the unwritten rules. I had to learn all of it through years of trial, error, and sheer determination.
